Terms of Service

1. The products

We sell digital educational products delivered electronically: the Video Feedback Program ($25.00 USD per month), and two optional add-ons, Result 10x ($37.00 USD per month) and Express Tracking ($49.00 USD per month). All products are PDF guides and downloadable files. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Each product is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Your first charge is taken when you sign up, and the same amount is charged automatically every month on the same calendar date until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars (USD). If a month has no matching date, the charge falls on the last day of that month. The optional add-ons are only charged if you explicitly accept them; if all three products are active, your combined charge is $111.00 USD per month. There are no free trials that convert to paid. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as VERMINION DIGITAL.

Cancellation. You may cancel any subscription at any time, with no fee and no minimum term, from your member area or by emailing suporte@verminion.digital from the address you used at signup. We action email cancellation requests within 24 business hours and confirm by email. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and periods are not pro-rated. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

2. License granted

While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, download and use the materials for your own personal and educational use. This license ends immediately if your subscription is cancelled or if any charge for the product is refunded.

• You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise commercially exploit the materials.
• You may not redistribute, publish, upload, share or make the materials available to any other person, including on file-sharing sites, forums, messaging groups or course platforms.
• You may not create derivative works from the materials or remove any copyright or ownership notices.

All intellectual property in the materials remains the property of Verminion Digital LLC. We may terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms.

3. Digital delivery

After your first monthly payment is approved, a download link is emailed to the address you provided at signup, usually within a few minutes. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam, promotions and junk folders. If your file does not arrive, contact suporte@verminion.digital and we will resend it.

4. Acceptable use

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
• You must provide accurate billing and contact information.
• You may not use the materials for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false, automated or misleading feedback to any third-party platform.
• You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you choose to apply to, and with all applicable tax and employment laws in your jurisdiction.

5. No earnings guarantee; no employment relationship

The materials are information and training material only. Verminion Digital LLC does not employ you, does not hire you, and does not offer you work, tasks or assignments. We are not an agency, a broker or a recruiter, and we have no relationship with the third-party platforms described in the materials.

We make no representation, promise or guarantee of earnings, income, acceptance by any platform, or any other result. Results are not typical and depend entirely on the individual and on factors outside our control. Nothing in the materials is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

6. Third-party platforms and trademarks

Verminion Digital LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or any video platform mentioned in the materials. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Third-party platforms may change or discontinue their programs at any time without notice to us.

7. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first charge for that product, with no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details. It forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the materials will be error-free, that any information in them will remain current, or that any specific platform described will continue to exist or accept new applicants.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verminion Digital LLC and its members, officers and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost income, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to the materials or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the materials will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For new subscribers, changes apply to purchases made after the revised Terms are posted. For existing subscribers, the changed terms apply from your next renewal. We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
